- Annual maintenance covers 1 unit; each additional unit is $199.99/yr.
- Excludes oil systems, ductless systems, and commercial properties.
- $0 diagnostic applies when you approve the repair. If you decline, the standard diagnostic fee applies.
- Repair buyback: up to $1,000 of previous repair costs can be applied toward a new system. The credit never expires as long as your membership stays active.
- The buyback credit can’t be combined with the $500 replacement coupon; you get whichever is greater.
- Discounts don’t apply to new system installations.
- Same repair guarantee: if the same part we repaired fails again within 1 year, we fix it at no charge.
- Friend & family tune-up: one per year, 1 unit, for a new Trust 1 customer. Same exclusions apply.
- The membership must be active to use any benefit.
- If the membership is canceled, any discounts and waived diagnostic fees received will be charged back.
- Transfers to your new home within our service area, or to the new homeowner.
